Alpine Towers provides training to help your staff develop the skills necessary for operating your challenge course in a risk-management focused and effective manner. Our trainings focus on developing skills for successful facilitation of challenge course activities for diverse populations. This includes sequencing, processing, and challenge by choice. Alpine Towers’ trainers bring years of experience in working with challenge course facilities to develop successful programs that are mindful of risk management.

Experienced Challenge Course Trainers

Alpine Towers has been offering challenge course trainings for over three decades. Our trainers have had years of experience in the industry. The training and certification programs we offer meet the highest industry standards and continue to stay up to date with new regulations and guidelines.

Staff Training

Alpine Towers offers on-site staff trainings for our clients as well as any challenge course operators that need training – either in preparation for the coming season or as part of their annual risk mitigation plan. To determine your needs, we will ask a series of questions our scheduling process. We can further tailor a challenge course training program that includes Technical Skills, Universal Facilitation, and/or Low Challenge Course Processing Facilitation.

Attendees to the Alpine Towers Staff Trainings should include challenge course managers, program staff, and challenge course facilitators. Since our challenge course training sessions can be tailored to fit your facility’s needs, it is not necessary that staff have any prior course experience. Alpine Towers keeps a 1:12 trainer-to-trainee ratio. At the successful completion of our Staff Training, participants receive a certificate of participation from Alpine Towers.

Practitioner Certification Programs

As an ACCT accredited vendor member with multiple certified trainers, Alpine Towers is ready to offer your program the ACCT Practitioner Certification that meets your needs. Due to the dynamic regulatory nature of the challenge course industry, the need for trained AND certified staff is becoming less of a consideration and more of a requirement. Do not be left scrambling for the required certifications.
