Operational Review is an intensive third party assessment that focuses on programming attributes as well as making sure that your program is operating at optimum efficiency.
The review includes interviewing the Course Manager, evaluating staff training, assessing local operating procedures, emergency action plans, evaluating facility documentation and distribution of information, and many other important aspects for operating a safe program. A sub-portion of this review is to perform a structural inspection of the the course and all related safety and climbing equipment to make sure that it is in compliance with ACCT standards. To help prepare an inspector for a Program Review, Alpine Towers will send a pre-visit questionnaire for the Course Manager to complete and submit back to the inspector prior to the visit.
