$20 – $50 per hour based on experience. Plus travel, lodging, and per diem

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
High School or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE
1-3 years in related field w/ Challenge Course experience preferred

Position Responsibilities:
- Engage in a collaborative manner with installation crew/foreman to safely and successfully complete projects that deliver a high quality finished product to the customer
- Exhibit a desire for learning and passion for constant improvement of your work and each preceding project.
- Safely execute challenge course construction tasks including, but not limited to:
- Skilled carpentry with an ability to work under direction with limited supervision
- Operation of heavy equipment/machines
- Chainsaw work
- Tree work
- Rigging
- Ground organization and support
- Working at height
- Periodic heavy lifting of than 50 lbs or more
- Structural component assembly
- Reading blueprints/design specifications and implementing as stated
- Treat all Alpine Towers’ equipment/tools as they were your own including proper and organized packaging upon job completion
- Adhere to commercial construction standards and standards set forth by the ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology)
- Abide by safety policy and procedures at all times
- Understand that you are the face of the company and interact appropriately and exhibit the spirit of Alpine Towers with the customer and/or with vendors
- Be mindful of maintaining an efficient work ethic (i.e. stay focused on job progress, quality, safety and overall cost of the job while engaged in the project)
- Organize and turn in paperwork to project foreman as directed
- Actively participate in post project evaluation
- Take ownership and be a leader within your role
- Take pride in the work you do and hold others accountable for their work in the spirit of craftsmanship and the values, mission and purpose of Alpine Towers
